Our commitment to fair and transparent refund terms for all web design, development and digital marketing services.

1. Overview

At Sibi Innovations, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our web design, development, digital marketing, and related services. Please read this policy carefully before commissioning any work.

2. Project Advance Payment

All projects require an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost before work begins. This advance covers initial discovery, planning, design conceptualization, and resource allocation. The advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it compensates for the time and resources already invested.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: (a) If Sibi Innovations is unable to start the project within 14 working days of advance payment without a valid reason, a full refund of the advance will be issued. (b) If we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work within the contracted timeline by more than 60 days without client-caused delays, a partial refund proportional to undelivered work may be issued. (c) If a project is cancelled by Sibi Innovations without just cause after work has begun, a refund for unperformed work will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: (a) Change of mind after work has commenced. (b) Dissatisfaction with the final output after approved milestones have been delivered as per the agreed specifications. (c) Delays caused by the client including delayed feedback, approval, or content delivery. (d) Project cancellation initiated by the client after work has started — in this case, the advance remains as compensation for work done. (e) Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, stock images, licensed plugins, or software purchased on the client's behalf.

5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Monthly retainer services (SEO, social media, PPC) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing month once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel ongoing services, please provide 30 days written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or ROI, as results depend on factors outside our control.

6. Revision & Dispute Process

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to raise concerns directly with our project manager. All projects include revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns and working to resolve any dissatisfaction. Most issues can be resolved through additional revisions or adjustments without requiring a refund.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sibiinnovations.com with your project details, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days.

8. Force Majeure

Sibi Innovations shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, project timelines will be extended and no refunds will be due solely on account of such delays.
